To get started with Tapday, all you need is an active Shopify store. Once your store is connected, you can begin building your mobile app using our drag-and-drop. There is no technical setup required, and you don’t need any coding experience.

Tapday is designed specifically for Shopify merchants. It syncs your products, collections, and store settings in real time, making the transition from web to app seamless. You’ll also get access to features like push notifications, abandoned cart recovery, and product drop scheduling, all tailored for the Shopify ecosystem.

We are currently working on expanding Tapday’s compatibility to support other ecommerce platforms in the near future. If you are on a different platform, you can join our waitlist or sign up for updates as we continue to broaden our reach.

How will I get charged for my subscription?

You will not be charged immediately when you install Tapday. All new users receive a 30-day free trial, giving you full access to the platform without any upfront payment. This allows you to explore features, build your app, and start seeing results before making a financial commitment.

Once your 30-day trial ends, Shopify will begin charging you based on the plan you selected. The charge will appear in your regular Shopify billing cycle. If you make changes to your plan during the trial—such as upgrading or downgrading—they will take effect, but you will still retain the full trial period before billing starts.

Even if you subscribe to a paid plan partway through the trial, you won’t be charged until the trial ends. This ensures you get the complete benefit of the free period, regardless of when you decide to activate a plan. All billing remains transparent and is handled entirely through Shopify.

Does Tapday affect the speed of my online store?

No, Tapday does not impact the speed or performance of your Shopify website. Your online store will continue to run as fast and smoothly as it did before installing Tapday. There are no added scripts or code injected into your storefront that could slow down load times.
